Analysis of Qi Disease Medical Prescriptions in the Blending Decoctions to Treat 60 Ailments in the Tianhui Medical Bamboo Slips

Abstract：The Blending Decoctions to Treat 60 Aliments in Tianhui medical bamboo slips records 6 medical prescriptions for the treatment of Qi diseases, including the illnesses of supplementing Qi, upper Qi, lower Qi and other diseases. The prescriptions for treating Qi diseases are rich in content, flexible in medication, and characterized by syndrome differentiation and treatment, mainly reusing spicy and warm medicines, and regardless of dosage forms, which can provide the original data for the study and literature review of Qi diseases treatment. These Qi diseases medical prescriptions of Tianhui medical bamboo slips reflect the achievements of the early Qin and Han dynasties. Through comparative study with similar prescriptions in the same period, such as the "Treatment of Chronic Cough and Upper Qi" in the Medical Wooden Slips of the Han Dynasty in Wuwei, Xiao Jian Zhong Tang (小建中汤) in the Treatise on Febrile Diseases, and Chi Wan (赤丸) in the Synopsis of Golden Chamber, the compatibility of Blending Decoctions to treat 60 Aliments is confirmed, which can provide reference information for modern clinical treatment of related diseases and also serve as reference information for related drug research and inheritance studies.

摘要：
天回医简《治六十病和齐汤法》记载了6首治疗气病的医方，包括益气、上气、下气等病症。治疗诸气病的方药内容丰富，用药灵活，具有辨证论治、药主辛温、不拘剂型等方药特色，可以为气病治疗的方药研究及文献梳理提供原始资料。天回医简的气病医方反映了秦汉早期的中医方药成就，通过与《武威汉代医简》“治久咳上气方”、《伤寒论》小建中汤、《金匮要略》赤丸等同期相似医方的比较研究，印证了《治六十病和齐汤法》组方配伍的成熟性，可以为现代临床治疗相关疾病提供借鉴，也能够为相关方药研究、传承研究提供参考信息。
