Abstract：

As a commonly used traditional Chinese medicine for clearing heat and detoxifying, Lianqiao (Forsythiae Fructus) has the effects of clearing heat and detoxifying, reducing swelling and dissipating lumps, and dispelling wind-heat. It is a commonly used medicinal material for the treatment of respiratory system diseases. By reviewing domestic and international literature, this paper organizes and summarizes the main chemical constituents of Lianqiao (Forsythiae Fructus), such as phenylethanoid glycosides, lignans, phenolic acids, volatile oils, and flavonoids. It also summarizes the effects and mechanisms of action of Lianqiao (Forsythiae Fructus) against three common respiratory viruses: respiratory syncytial virus (RSV), influenza virus (IV), and severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2).

摘要：连翘作为常用清热解毒类药物，具有清热解毒、消肿散结、疏散风热的功效，是治疗呼吸系统疾病的常用药材。通过查阅国内外文献，对连翘所含苯乙醇苷类、木质素类、酚酸类、挥发油类、黄酮类等主要化学成分进行整理归纳，并对连翘抗3种常见呼吸道病毒[合胞病毒（RSV）、流感病毒（IV）及新型冠状病毒（SARS-CoV-2）]的作用和作用机制进行总结。
