Abstract：Yinsi Quanshu was written in the late Ming Dynasty,
against the backdrop of people's eagerness to have offspring while indulging in
excessive desires and behaving in a dissolute manner. When compiling this book,
the author LI Shengchun not only based on the perspective of the doctor, but
also from the actual needs of pregnant women and parturients. His discussions
were profound yet easy to understand, and the treatment prescriptions were
simple, convenient, and accessible. The whole book follows the chronological
order of pregnancy. It starts from the origin of the fetus, followed by the teachings
for the fetus, the identification and treatment of diseases before and after
childbirth, then the methods of seeking offspring, and finally the causes of
infertility, along with the treatment methods. It highlights the characteristic
of Yinsi that attaches great importance to Qi and blood. This book organizes
diseases according to syndromes and expounded symptoms, pathogenesis and
prescriptions in the form of medicine poetry. It focuses on the discussion of
pregnancy and childbirth without forgetting to adjust the meridians, simplifies
the diagnosis of diseases, and is easy to recite. It is a popular science book
in obstetrics and gynecology that is not only convenient for future reference,
but also helps pregnant women understand the taboos of pregnancy and
childbirth. The application of its prescriptions is worthy of reference and
research in current clinical practice.

摘要：
《胤嗣全书》成书于明代晚期人皆急于求嗣却又纵欲败度的背景下。作者李盛春撰辑此书时，既立足医者视角，又从孕产妇的实际需求出发，论述深入浅出，治方简便易得。全书按照妊娠的时间顺序，从胎元出发，继之以胎训、胎前产后病证辨治，再到求嗣之法，最后论无子之因，兼及治法，突出胤嗣一门重视气血的特点。此书以证统病，且以歌诀形式论述病证症状、病机和方药，论胎产而不忘调经，病证精简，记诵便利，是一部既便于后学参考的妇产科医著，又有助于孕妇了解胎产宜忌的科普读物，其方药应用值得当下临床借鉴和研究。
