Abstract：

Mineral Chinese medicine refers to a kind of traditional Chinese medicine that uses raw minerals, processed products of mineral raw materials, and fossils of animals or animal bones as medicines. It has a long history and a wide range of efficacy. There are 122 prescriptions in the whole book of Xiaoer Yaozheng Zhijie, involving 189 kinds of Chinese medicine. Among them, there are 55 prescriptions using mineral Chinese medicine, accounting for up to 45.08% (55/122), involving 34 kinds of mineral Chinese medicine, most of which are toxic. In clinical practice, the dosage of QIAN Yi is precise and appropriate, and the disease is stopped immediately. In particular, he pays attention to reducing toxicity and increasing efficiency, and is good at using mineral Chinese medicine to treat children's heat syndrome, convulsion, epilepsy, malnutrition, sore rash, insect pain and other diseases.

摘要：矿物类药是指以原矿物、矿物原料的加工品以及动物或动物骨骼的化石入药的一类中药，用药历史悠久，且功效覆盖范围广泛。《小儿药证直诀》全书共载方122首，涉及189味药物。其中，使用矿物类药物的方剂有55首，占45.08%（55/122）；涉及矿物类药物有34味，大多具有毒性。临证时，钱乙用量精当、中病即止，尤其注重减毒增效，其善用矿物类药治疗小儿热证、惊风、痫证、疳积、疮疹、虫痛等疾病。
