Abstract:

Wubeizi (Galla Chinensis) contains tannins, gallic acid, and other components. Gallic acid is a natural polyphenolic compound. It exhibits significant hepatoprotective effects, alleviating various types of liver injury, regulating hepatic metabolic processes, and inhibiting liver fibrosis. Its molecular mechanisms involve multiple aspects, including antioxidation, anti-inflammation, apoptosis regulation, and signal pathway modulation.

摘要:五倍子中含有鞣质、没食子酸等成分,其中没食子酸是一种天然多酚类化合物。没食子酸具有显著的保肝作用,能够改善肝脏损伤、调节肝脏代谢、抑制肝纤维化。其分子机制涉及抗氧化、抗炎、凋亡、调节信号通路等多个方面。
