Abstract：Through the method of literature analysis, this paper summarizes the TCM disease name of Helicobacter pylori (Hp) positive gastric ulcer, the relationship between liver, spleen and Hp positive gastric ulcer, and the research progress of "liver and spleen harmonizing method" in the treatment of Hp positive gastric ulcer from two aspects of "tonifying" and "soothing", in order to improve the Hp eradication rate and the clinical efficacy of gastric ulcer. Under the guidance of the theory of liver-spleen harmony, Hp positive gastric ulcer was treated mainly from three aspects: decoction, acupuncture and acupoint application. The decoction is divided into two aspects: classical prescription and self-made prescription. Different prescriptions have different therapeutic effects in clinical practice. Acupuncture is reflected in the differences of acupoints, acupuncture techniques and moxibustion methods; acupoint application involves three aspects: acupoint selection, dressing selection and acupoint stimulation.

摘要：通过文献探析的方法，总结归纳出幽门螺杆菌（Hp）阳性胃溃疡中医病名，肝、脾与Hp阳性胃溃疡的关系，以及“肝脾调和法”从“补”和“疏”两方面治疗Hp阳性胃溃疡的研究进展，以期提高Hp根除率、胃溃疡的临床疗效。在肝脾调和理论的指导下，临床主要从汤剂、针灸、穴位贴敷等3个方面对Hp阳性胃溃疡进行治疗；汤剂分为经典方和自拟方2个方面，方剂的选择不同，在临床会有不同的治疗效果；针灸体现在穴位、针刺手法及灸法的不同；穴位贴敷涉及穴位选择、敷料选择及穴位刺激3个方面。
