Abstract:
Due to the physical condition and living environment, the incidence of arthromyodynia is relatively high, which resulting in pain, discomfort and limited activity, seriously affects the quality of life of patients. Musculoskeletal ultrasound can dynamically observe the inspection parts, and has the advantages of no radiation, highly cost effective, which is highly recognized by the public. Traditional Chinese medicine has rich experience in the treatment of arthromyodynia, and its various treatment methods can effectively treat arthromyodynia. With the progress of science and technology, multi-disciplinary, musculoskeletal ultrasound visualization optimizes the TCM diagnosis and treatment technology, which can not only assist the accurate syndrome differentiation of arthromyodynia, but also navigate the auxiliary needle knife and acupoint embedding technology to treat arthromyodynia, improve the accuracy of treatment, and has a good application prospect.

摘要:由于体质和居住环境的原因,痹证的发生率较高,导致患者疼痛不适,活动受限,严重影响患者的生活质量。肌骨超声能够动态可视化观测检查部位,且具有无辐射、性价比高等优势,群众对其认可度较高。传统中医学对治疗痹证有着丰富的技术经验积累,其多种治疗方式均可有效治疗痹证。随着科技的进步,多学科交叉,肌骨超声可视化优化了中医诊疗技术,不仅能辅助痹证准确辨证分型,还可导航辅助针刀与穴位埋线技术治疗痹证,提高治疗的准确性,有着良好的应用前景。
