Abstract：
To standardize the clinical diagnosis and treatment of bronchiectasis, a multidisciplinary expert team in China developed the Guidelines for Integrated Chinese and Western Medicine Diagnosis and Treatment of Bronchiectasis (Code: T/CACM 1649-2-25). A compilation note was simultaneously completed to detail the origin and basis of the guideline's technical content. This note systematically outlines the entire guideline development process, covering the work overview (project background, task source and participating units, committee and working group), technical content (compilation basis and principles, technical route), and core compilation steps (establishing the project team, formulating the guideline plan, project initiation and study protocol registration, conducting expert interviews and questionnaire surveys, constructing clinical questions, selecting outcome indicators, evidence compilation, evidence evaluation and grading, forming recommendations, drafting the guideline, quality and applicability evaluation, forming the draft for public comment, revising the guideline, defense and release), clarifying the dissemination plan and post-evaluation plan. The working group strictly followed the development technical route and successfully completed the guideline.

摘要：为规范临床诊疗支气管扩张症，国内多学科专家协作制定了《支气管扩张症中西医结合诊疗指南》（编号：T/CACM 1649-2-25），并同步完成编制说明以详述指南技术内容的溯源与依据。本编制说明系统梳理了指南研制全过程，涵盖工作简况（立项背景、任务来源与参与单位、委员会与工作组）、技术内容（编制依据与原则、技术路线）及核心编制环节（成立项目组、制定指南计划书、立项与研究方案注册、进行专家访谈及问卷调研、构建临床问题、遴选结局指标、证据汇编、证据评价分级、推荐意见形成、指南草案撰写、质量评价与适用性评价、形成征求意见稿并广泛征求意见、指南再完善、答辩与发布），明确推广方案及后效评价方案。工作组严格按照研制技术路线实施工作并顺利研制完成。
