Abstract:

Premature ovarian failure (POF) is a disease caused by the premature decline of ovarian function. Its pathogenesis involves multiple pathological factors in both traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) and western medicine. Traditional Chinese medicine believes that the cause of POF is "kidney deficiency", and it is associated with spleen deficiency, liver depression, phlegm dampness and blood stasis, which lead to the exhaustion of Tian Gui and disorder of Chong Ren. The mechanism of western medicine includes follicular apoptosis, oxidative stress, immune disorder, hormone imbalance and abnormal gene expression. As a potential therapeutic drug, icariin can improve POF through anti apoptosis, anti-oxidation, immune regulation, promoting hormone secretion and regulating the expression of related genes. However, its clinical application still needs to solve the problems of poor water solubility, immunosuppressive risk and dosage form optimization.

摘要:卵巢早衰(POF)是一种由卵巢功能提前衰退导致的疾病,其发病机制涉及中西医多方面的病理因素。中医学认为POF以“肾虚为本”,与脾虚、肝郁、痰湿血瘀相关,导致天癸衰竭、冲任失调;西医机制包括卵泡凋亡、氧化应激、免疫紊乱、激素失衡及基因表达异常。淫羊藿苷作为潜在治疗药物,通过抗凋亡、抗氧化、免疫调节、促进激素分泌及调控相关基因表达等多途径改善POF。但其临床应用仍需解决水溶性差、免疫抑制风险及剂型优化等问题。
