摘要：顾宁提出从虚、痰、瘀、浊、毒动态辨治血脂异常，认为本病在脾气亏虚的基础上内生痰、瘀、热毒等浊邪，在特殊阶段以热毒为主，治以健脾益气、化痰祛瘀、蠲化膏浊、清热解毒之法，兼顾气、血、水，分消其势。
