Guiding Journal of Traditional Chinese
Medicine and Pharmacy flipped to an open access journal
in 2025. All articles published in the journal from Issue 1 of 2025 onward are
open access works, which are archived on the journal's official website
immediately after publication and are permanently available to all users free
of charge.
Please note that articles published before 2025 are not
open access. The copyright of these articles belongs to the Hunan Guiding Journal
of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Pharmacy Press Co., Ltd., which
reserves all rights.
2. Open Access License
Guiding Journal of Traditional Chinese
Medicine and Pharmacy uses the CC BY-NC-ND 4.0 license, which
allows all users to copy, distribute, and use the open access articles
published in the journal in any media and format, provided that they follow the
terms of the license, including:
When copying and distributing the open access articles
published in the journal, users must provide appropriate attribution, include a
link to the license, and indicate if any changes have been made to the original
article. Attribution may be done in any reasonable manner, but not in any way
that suggests the journal endorses the use. The articles cannot be used for

3. Copyright Policy
Authors are required to sign the Letter of
Submission and Copyright Transfer Agreement of the journal. According to
the agreement, all authors agree that, upon acceptance for publication, the
copyright of the submitted work—including the entire article as well as any
figures, tables, abstracts, or other components that can be extracted from the
work—shall be transferred to Hunan Guiding Journal of Traditional Chinese
Medicine and Pharmacy Press Co., Ltd. The transferred rights
include, but are not limited to, the rights of reproduction, distribution,
online dissemination, performance, translation, compilation, and adaptation.
After an article is published in the journal, the
author(s) of the article will have the right to use the article under the CC
BY-NC-ND 4.0 license.
4. Author Self-Archiving
Authors are allowed to store all versions of their
articles in an institutional or other repository of their choice. In the
repository, it should be indicated that the article was originally published in
the Guiding Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Pharmacy.
5. Article Archiving Policy
In addition to the journal’s official website, all previously published
articles are archived in full text on platforms such as CNKI and Wanfang.
Readers may also access these databases to obtain the journal’s articles
online.
